Badly let down and ignored. Very rude and unprofessional. If you don't want customers don't bother opening, There are plenty of places that offer both good food and customer satisfaction. Order placed via p.m. several hours before opening, as requested. The reply asked if we had ordered from them before. Yes we have but not by phone. That obviously wasn't good enough to allow me to order because on opening they messaged to tell me to ring the order through, that's the order we had already place early, to give them as much notice as possible because we knew they would be busy! They knew we would never be able to get through on the phone. No reply to message saying we could not get through on the phone and asking if order would be honoured! Absolutely disgusting as they potentially left us unavailable to obtain food for new year and they clearly did not give a damn about their customers or ex-customers now. It does not matter if your food is good, if your rude, ignorant and let people down there is always somewhere else with just as good, if not better, food. We went to Shek Wu instead, where we have never been let down.

We love this place. We recommend that you book a table upon open hours. On a Saturday there is more of a variety of food, at night time it's a little bit more money but worth it for the experience The staff are fast at serving you drinks, I recommend filling your table up with enough drinks upon arrival as when it's busy it can get hectic to get a drink stock up on jugs of coke or water is a very good tip.
