Our 3 year old son loves it! My husband was dubious initially that our son would be willing to go on a Saturday but he's genuinely excited to go to class every week. He loves his teachers and classmates. The format is great with a mix of one on one, small group and big group activities. Everything is age appropriate and designed to be fun. And best of all, he's actually learning to speak Chinese!
Our 5yo has been with the school for a year now and she loves it! There is a nice mix of kids in the class, so we meet a lot of people of different backgrounds. Shanshan and her team offer a lot of fun learning activities to help the kids. They use positive reinforcements to encourage the kids because picking up Mandarin from scratch is not an easy task. They also tailor the pace the each student following an overall curriculum very much in line with NY state’s standards. They are also committed to nurturing the kids’ learning process through regular reviews and quizzes.
My son love the class. He is learning so much and having a wonderful time. We do not speak chinese and knows the some number and colors. My son is 2.5 years old
