Not impressed..did a click and collect....bought some silk emulsion paint yesterday or so i thought...half way through my painting job today and realised somethings not right.... its matt..not silk....yes i should have checked...but you dont expect to be given wrong item..what do you think my chances are of getting it exchanged are..zero

I had a new bathroom installed by Wickes and the service was absolutely disgusting. They discontinued certain items between me paying for them and installation. They ripped out my old bathroom and then told me the wash basin would not be delivered for 3 weeks! Even now 3 months later the toilet flush does not work! In my old bathroom I had a broken flush mechanism, I pay 6K for a new bathroom from Wickes and still have a broken flush mechanism. WIckes are a totally disgusting and unscrupulous ourfit!

Fitted my bathroom. Had an awful experience. Took far too long to fit in my view. Costed more than they said it would. I had no option other than to pay more or fitter would have walked away. Since it was fitted I have had dust falling into my kitchen and my boiler is leaking. I have posted photographs of dust coming in. Today I noticed the pipes at the back of the toilet had not been boxed properly. Cold is coming in from outside making the bathroom colder. Awful service. I have since complained and nothing seems to be moving. I cannot describe how unpleasant my experience with Wickes and their fitter has been. I would wish this on no one.

Wanted a kitchen fitted. The helper seemed nice and helpful enough but asked a lot of personal family questions, perhaps to create a feeling of trust plus adding guilt if I wanted to pull out. Units recommended did not make sense and did not relate to my preferences. Cost of units and add ons seemed irrelevant
