It was easy to set up. You send your details and then you see the amount being deducted from your wage. They have now introduced a fee, which is ridiculous for a service which is 'for its members'. The fee, which they introduced without you being able to withdraw from its service. I wanted to set up my online service, the ability to do this has been incredibly difficult. The staff are hard to get hold of, been trying to set up my online account for over a week now. As they have not included my mobile number in their information. Quite frankly, I'm not entirely sure how secure their information is kept. I wouldn't recommend this service if you're wanting something easy to use.

Wait 10 to 20 minutes on phone to talk to someone, only to get hung up on. I hear voices in the background so they are physically answering the call and hanging up.

Can be a little difficult to get in touch with, and they don't always respond to email enquiries, but can't say I've had any issues. Had a couple of loans and all been processed in a timely manner

Infact not even worth 1 star. My dad had an account it's his money to be paid out he passed away in December my mum sent his death certificate then they asked for a second copy so she sent that then they asked to see dad's medical records they saw them he had no underlying health issues. We are now in April and they are still refusing to pay out money that does not belong to them it's illegal these people are fraudsters . Think twice before getting an account with these people.
