48 hour test took 61 hours I had booked my mother for a PCR test and was told it would take 48 hours for the results. I rang the clinic helpline to ask a number of times and was told results are sent out between 4pm and midnight and too ring back and check after sometime I rang the clinic a number of times and the girls speak very calmly as thou they are some god giving angels until the last time I rang them and ask what is the guarantee procedure and that time the women spoke too me as though she wanted too strangle me through the phone did not give me a single chance to talk and ended the call on me. Finally I got the results after 61 hours which left my mother with only 9 hours too book a flight, print out all required documents and get too the airport and check in before the 72 hours allowed. This was all at 3am very disappointing service from this company not happy at all.

I cancelled my PCR test with over two weeks notice. No refund given because they referred to some ridiculous wording from within their T&C's. Disgraceful attitude, why would you not give a refund when no goods or services were used? left with no option but to take them to a small claims court. Really easy process and it only costs 25.
Wish I could give them 0 they have scammed so many people I know! Absolutely vile especially during covid! Have some decency! Appalling customer service this place needs to be shut down! Vile
Despite some negative reviews we had a positive experience with the clínic. They answered all our questions and provided the results on time. Only issue was finding the place - there are two Vivo clínics and we initially went to the wrong one.
Do not use it. Very poor communication. They can't provide the service, and they can't give me refund. I just lost my money.
