One star is beyond what it in effect deserves. Many of the applicants including me had to wait at least 4 hours for being helped. There was only ONE officer helping all applying for diverse countries and noticeably each country albeit within Schengen area applies different procedures. So imagine the atmosphere in VFS bureau. One guy calling us to different boots for every different country and you never know when is your turn (as the monitors were not in use). I whole heartedly wish that I will never have to go there again.

I dont know why this place has so many negative reviews... I went there for my passport and this place was one of the sweetest.. The guy in the reception was so friendly... The man inside ( I am sorry that i forgot his name) He tried to help me to his very best and I would advice you people to forget the negative comments. I seriously would love to thank that gentleman the very best and wish him great success in his future for the way he spoke to help me in an emergency situation .....

Went to apply for Schengen visa for Italy few months ago. Filled online form and booked a 8.30 morning appointment (note: had an adventure with their site as it took me several weeks to book appointment as their site keep crashing which they managed to fix after 2 weeks time). On the appointment day the person at the front desk, gave everyone who applied to Italy visa a new form and ask us to fill it instead, saying online filled printed form not valid. Although my appointment was 8.30 am they took my application after 45 minutes waiting. Lucky the lady who took my application was professional and within 10 minutes it was completed and send to embassy. Due to that I given a additional star rather than 1 star. There loads of improvement need to be done by the VFS global management team. Front desk Staff need to be trained on customer service skills. Also they need to improve invest in a proper appointment booking system that doesn't crash every time. Location wise there are few free parking spaces in surrounding roads within 10 minutes walking distance, so parking is not an issue.

I have no idea how there are so many bad reviews about this place. These guys were super helpful. There were two lovely ladies who did everything they could to help me. It was my first time applying a Schengen visa and I got it all messed up. Not only they helped me get it all sorted, also gave me an appointment for the very next day. I'm really happy with the service.

OMG what can I say. My appointment was 1:15, I entered to the booth at 3:25 can you imagine. The staff are friendly but this is not my first time to apply for visa so I know that if in case of delay it will be maximumly 15 min.. it was horrible experience. The facilities: they have printer (not free) male and female toilets, chairs, water supply with cups.
