LOVE this box, they have dealt with COVID remarkably and I feel super safe working out there. Super grateful to all the wonderful coaches who work there, it's an awesome place

Great box - wonderful instructors, variety of equipment and great camaraderie. Whether you're new to Crossfit or not, check Train out. Would highly recommend.

This is a great gym for all levels. I am a beginner myself and must admit that I WAS NOT comfortable or confident with the fact that I was surrounded by very athletic looking people that clearly knew what they were doing. I felt very welcome there, the coaches are just lovely and always willing to help, making sure the moves are correct in order to avoid injuries and making sure everyone makes the most of it. There's a sense of community in this place and I never thought I would say that I enjoy going to the gym lol Really recommend this place for people that love to exercise but hate the gym like myself. Massive thank you to all the staff :)

Eventually took the plunge and started CrossFit here, trying to not become that annoying person that only talks about CrossFit but I can see how it happens! Great coaches, great people, great social scene, horrible WODs – perfect!
