Not a great experience. Some nice staff, but it feels more like a business than a support service. There are better groups in Greater Manchester.

As a charity with a limited budget, it manages to provide an excellent service from their limited resources. The adult members are treated with the respect due to adults, and the staff are very approachable and tolerant of most of the members quirks, but will expect consideration of the needs and feelings of other people.
