I had a really good experience with this medical centre. I visited during the pandemic for a screening test and everything was so well handled. They have great measures put in place for Covid, everybody is very separated and I felt at ease. My nurse Rachael was incredible, I couldn't have asked for a better appointment with her. I'm gutted that I have moved out of the area, as I've finally found a good GP Surgery!

1st time I met a rude Dr's shouting at me over the phone, the other one was talking pointed out her finger defenced her rude reception staff. She even refused to give my pain relief drove me to use drug, left a comment in my files to the new surgery not give me the medical treatment I should have. What a real r racists high educated Dr

This practice is the worst practice ever! The reception staff are rude and abrupt not to mention incompetent. I called first thing for a doctors sick note as work were chasing me for it, they scanned in the back of it and sent me a blank picture. Medication is never ready and when it is it’s incorrect. I suffer depression and anxiety! I have been prescribed tablets I shouldn’t be on and shouldn’t have in my possession! Lucky I don’t live alone or this could be catastrophic if you get me! Going to leave here ASAP.

Absolute joke of a surgery the receptionists really think they have some kind of medical degree they are paid to answer the phones and book appointments however they seem to be on some sort of power trip their attitudes are absolutely disgusting. Can never get an appointment tell you to go to the app then when you do still can’t make an appointment. When arriving for appointments in this current climate their power trip is even more evident wear your mask well my doctor and my midwife say I’m exempt as I have breathing condition and being forced to wear one is giving me constant infections which then require antibiotics and steroid treatment whilst pregnant which isn’t ideal their response well your not coming in ok tell my midwife I missed my appointment because of you then the midwife appears totally gobsmacked and confirms I’m exempt and let’s you in however doesn’t stop the total embarrassment and humiliation in front of other patients by the receptionists. I’m 30 in June I’ve been with this practice since it was on new lane and Dr Stalley was there never had any problems until it moved to Liverpool road receptionists think because they wear tunics they are medically trained. For years I’ve had issues with the receptionists and several complaints later I’ve realised nobody actually cares and nothing is ever done to rectify this which is why they clearly feel so comfortable continuing to be absolute hitlers. Surgery is 100% let down by receptionists I don’t know if it’s retraining or a new job they need but something definitely needs to be done years and years of rude unhelpful and disgusting attitudes.
