Hired a hollow tine aerator which arrived an hour late putting us back for the day. It was hired just for the day although it was collected 4 days later and only after I had rang them. That said this was a decent machine and at a competitive price meaning I would give them another chance.

Went with 5 minutes left to closing to hire a compactor. Asked for ID, I produced a driving license. Then asked for a letter with address. Person there didn’t want to serve me period. Didn’t want my custom. Shame on you. I then went to HSS hire 5 minutes away, Driving license with credit card confirmation was enough for them. Older gentleman even helped me lift compactor into car.
