After yearning after visiting the dining room at Slattery for many years we finally visited as a surprise for my birthday! The dining room was well presented, immaculately clean and very spacious. I was surprised how large it was! The waitresses were extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgable as we required gluten and dairy free food for our child who is allergic to these. They were able to advise and deliver food which was allergen friendly, including samples of chocolate. My husband and I had the home made chicken pate which was absolutely divine. A little more butter wouldn't have gone a miss. We decided to save room for the array of delectable desserts. We devoured the strawberry and marshmallow skewers whilst my husband had an array of mini chocolate cakes with melted milk and white chocolate in edible pots. It was the highlight of the visit! I received the most beautiful chocolate birthday cake with sparklers, organised by my husband and we enjoyed perusing and buying a couple of items from the store. Well worth a visit if you have a special occasion or simply fancy a treat! Thank you Slattery for a stunning lunch and birthday.

Bought the share platter today and it was amazing! Chocolate easy to melt and everything tasted so good. Strawberries so juicy and fresh too.
Wow, what can I say about this place, the staff here are absolutely amazing each and every single staff member. This place is a league of its own, I had to book a table a month in advance due to how busy and how popular they are. There were 3 of us who took on the chocolate challenge which is very hard to do but very delicious
Absolutely beautiful shop. Walking around and looking at all the different items is an experience in its own. Only downfall is they are quite expensive, if they were cheaper would actually BUY from here regularly... instead of at most a couple gift bars a year for Christmas..
Everything is lovely from here. The chocolate is delicious as are the cakes. Looking forward to the masons re opening.
