Sapphire was the garage used by my insurance company after I had an accident... and I am so glad they did! Everything was exemplary, excellent communication and customer service throughout the entire process and they had my car back to me within a week! Really delighted, thanks team!

After much research, we purchased a Fiat 500 for our daughter’s first car from Sapphire ....from start to finish the service from Tony and his Team was outstanding. We were able to choose from a selection of cars and were really impressed with the quality of cars on offer We selected the car and were able to collect it a few days later with a full MOT and service...... Sapphire is one of the most professional garages that I have ever dealt with( including Mercedes and BMW main dealers) and have no hesitation in giving a 5 star review ..I would thoroughly recommend Tony and his Team
Picked my epaired car\ up- all looked ok when inspected at the garage, but when I got home I found numerous faults with the repairs. Avoid! **Update** After at least 3 failed attempts to fix my car and escalating the issue with the insurance company managed to take the car to a different repairer, who found that parts that Sapphire should of replaced (like the black metal crash bar as in picture) hadn't been done. This is basically defrauding the insurance company and allowing me to drive away in a car with in-complete and possibly unsafe (should I be crashed in to the back of again) repair.
