Awesome gym, everything you need for fitness or Muay Thai training. Mark is a fantastic coach, you can tell you are being trained by a pro fighter, I have trained at a number of other gyms and none even come close. Fantastic for the kids too, my daughter started as a timid 5 year old and is now an outgoing 6 year old that can take care of herself. Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic gym, owned by fantastic trainers. Suitable for anyone from 5, suitable for anyone looking to simply get fit or looking to get more involved in Muay Thai. You'll be well looked after.
Very friendly gym, excellent for children my daughter has been attending now for a year and loves it.
