From the very first meeting through to the funeral service itself and beyond, I was treated with enormous compassion by professional supportive staff. There was a highly personal touch which made me feel supported throughout this difficult and upsetting time. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt that my deceased relative's wishes were fully respected in a very dignified way. I am still being supported because my relative requested a burial and we continue to deal with the cemetery and stonemason which is being handled by the team on the fsamily's behalf.
