Ricardo and team provide a very high quality, independent service. The process is smooth and efficient, the communication regarding status and progress is excellent and the final quality is very good indeed. My watch always comes back looking as good as new and running like a dream. Recommended.

I have previously had our Rolex watches repaired at Manchester jewellers and whilst a good service it took a long time, usually came with extra costs and several telephone calls. I tried RS and the service was exceptional even with Covid. Online updates, payments, drive in to drop off and pick up from their offices in Wythenshawe and priced reasonably. The watch looks brand new and I will certainly use them again.
