I am living this apartment since last October. I think this apartment is the worst apartment I have ever lived. There are several reasons why I think like that. There is no handle on my window to open. I told this problem many times to the officers and the director of Q3 apartment since last November, but no one came to fix my window. I have never seen any maintenance worker came to check and fix my window. I have been living this room without opening window for about tour months. Also, at my flat kitchen, the oven has a problem. The cover of the fan on the oven was broken since last December. No one came to fix it yet even though I told this problem to the reception to fix it. The lift of my flat building was even broken for about three weeks ago. It is not fixed yet. I do not understand why it takes so long time to check and fix them. Everything is so slow, and I think they are not very serious about this issues. Seriously, I am living this apartment because I made a contract to live here until August, and I made all payment at the first day. But I won't live this apartment after my contract finish. I want to post the pictures, but I cannot post them. This is weird.

Called with my Daughter to view as going into these halls September. Was meet by great team who showed us around complex. Security and cleanliness far exceeded other properties viewed. Daughter has made a good choice. Made to feel at ease.
I was very insistent on staying in an accommodation with students. Which is why I checked out Q3 Apartments when I booked a viewing. The staff who gave me a tour was very friendly. The best part was that Q3 Apartments had a great vibe. The rooms looked modern and well furnished. Which is why I booked myself here for a year. And Q3 did not let me down. The rooms lived up to their promise and I made so many friends from University. It was a great experience and was my home away from home. Thumbs up.
This place is perfect. I wanted to live close to my university and this was the best apartment complex on the block. My daily commute time has changed drastically and it has had a positive impact on my studies as well. Now I can focus on studying than travelling during rush hour.
The topmost priority for University students is to have hassle free accommodation. And I experienced hassle free modern accommodation at Q3 Apartments. I did not have to worry about Wifi or utility bills. I even got a modern fitted kitchen with a dishwasher. The staff at Q3 was very friendly and they kept checking in on me at regular intervals. It was really my home away from home. I loved my stay here because my studio was so comfortable for me to study in.
