Bought a static from these guys. Very helpful. Not pushy. Did everything they said they would. Delivery service was AMAZING! really went the extra mile in a very difficult situation to get the static sited safely for us. Cant think of another example of such helpful positive delivery guys! Bought a second hand caravan from Oldham Caravans who are part of Glossop Caravans last year. I bought it for 3500. The caravan water and electrics when we got home never worked properly anD we took it to Glossop service centre to fix the problems. Each Time when we picked it up more problems occurred. The company are not to be trusted. We were lied to from day one and have never been able to use it as intended. The sales man from Oldham and Glossop caravans totally mis-sold the caravan to us knowing full fell there were multiple problems that would mean we couldn’t use it as intended. when we have tried to re sell it one year later we barely got a few hundred quid for it. One example of the many problems was when we picked it up from Glossop caravans we were given a walk round by one of the sales team who told us how to plug the grey wire in so that the car would charge the caravan battery when driving. It didn’t charge the battery in transit and when we had a trained electrician check it Glossops caravans lied to us as the grey wire wasn’t even connected to the battery it was just taped in place under neath the body of the caravan out of sight. The fuses were all blown and the wiring was all over the place. When we bought it they threw in an awning given we were new to owning a caravan , just like the caravan there were multiple parts missing and the key components that fixed it to the caravan were missing so unable to use. Avoid this company at all costs. They are dishonest traders who rely on people not knowing what to look for who are new to caravans .
