I hadn't had the best of experiences with dentists and as a result was very nervous and reluctant to have treatment. My teeth weren't in the best shape and after a bad extraction elsewhere I decided to call, and I'm so glad I did. I was assigned to Adam, and so far I can say he has been fantastic; he explains everything to you so you know what to expect, and keeps you informed through the process. I had 4 fillings the other day, and they look brilliant, and were pain free, something I can't say about any of my previous dental procedures. I don't feel worried to go because for the remainder of my course of treatment. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you!

I would strongly recomend Oakley Dental especially for anyone who is nervous about visiting the dentist. As soon as you walk in the friendly and professional welcome makes you feel happy you made the right choice for dental treatment. No matter what level of fear you may have be sure the dentist will know exactly what they can do to carry out the treatment you need without pain or stress.
This is probably the best dental practice I've ever been to. I was suffering from severe pain, I hadn't slept in 4 or so days and no one was willing to take me on as an emergency patient. When I was seen by a previous dentist, I had received antibiotics and no follow up afterwards. I phoned on the verge of tears as the dentist I was already registered with was not picking up the phone. Sabrina was so sweet and understanding she had me booked in for an emergency appointment 2 hours later. I was welcomed with kindness and reassurance that everything was going to be okay and that I would be taken care of. I had really bad experiences with dentists that I grew up with, making me really nervous even into adulthood. Dr. Adam was really great, he asked loads of questions, answered an abundance of mine (apologies for the influx), he made sure I was comfortable, tested every single one of my teeth to find the source of the pain, listened to me and what I was feeling and made great suggestions based on the information I provided. We did an extraction then and there and the pain was immediately gone, I've never felt so relieved. I spoke with Rayna, the business manager who again made sure I was okay after the procedure and arranged for a check up 2 weeks later. I ended up registering with the practice then and there as well as my husband. Honestly, I can't sing enough praises about this practice and the people that make it. I felt right at home and for once in my life, I'm actually looking forward to my dental appointments from now on. Thank you so much, to everyone at Oakley.
I recently moved to this practice having had a few negative experiences with other dentists elsewhere. I'm a really nervous patient with sensitive teeth. I had my first treatment today and can't believe that I relaxed so much that nearly fell asleep in the midst of 3 fillings. I was a bit nervous to start but was made to feel really at ease and all steps were explained as my treatment was given. A friendly practice that provides great service from start to finish.
I visited for a hygienist treatment. Kathryn was very calming throughout and suggested helpful ways to improve my oral care. She clearly takes pride in her work! The practice also kept to high standards of infection control and I felt very safe visiting.
