After searching for a florist in Manchester i finally settled for Moss & Maple. I wanted vibrant and classy and thats just what i got. My cousin described them as simply stunning and told me how friendly the delivery driver was he took the time to wish her a happy birthday and a chat. I would recommend 100% and will order again, so thank you Moss & Maple from Edele all the way from Belfast!
I went today to buy some flowers for my wife. I advised my budget was approx. 25 and the lady in store took a 35 price away from these flowers and said \These are 25\. She confirmed they were from yesterday, but now we've opened them to put them in the vase, we can confirm the quality of the flowers are atrocious. We left the flowers at home and went out. The house is cool and has plenty of sun during the day. After 6 hours, we've found that much of the arrangement was already wilted, discoloured, and has withered. When I bought them this morning, I expected much better as I've been a customer for over 5 years. I'm not happy about this and I'll not be coming back. Looking at some of the reviews, we can confirm the quality has dropped at this store and it's an absolute rip-off now. Loyal customer lost.
I called moss & maple at 3.30pm earlier this week as I had forgotten an important birthday! I spoke to Nas who couldn't have been more helpful and managed to get the flowers out that day even though the deliveries had already gone for the day! I received a beautiful photo of the flowers from the happy recipient that evening! Thank you for saving the day ️️️
My boyfriend ordered this absolutely stunning bouquet from moss and maple for my Birthday which gave me 3 weeks of pure joy every time i walked into the room! I have never seen such beautiful two toned roses before! I would highly recommend.
