Mobile Zone are simply the best! Very friendly staff in store and on social media (Mike and Alex), always happy to help and always go above what they need to do to get your issue resolved. I’ve been to these guys 4 times and they always get it sorted in no more than a couple of days max. Very happy and will be a continued loyal customer :)

After an accident my sons tablet screen had cracked on 18th December... right before Christmas. After messaging and calling other repair shops, Mike contacted me, I was desperate for a repair before Christmas, but Mike told me he had to order the part and I expected to wait until after Christmas. Which was fine as it was so close when the accident happened. Mike took my number and stayed in constant contact until the part arrived on 21 December. That day my tablet was repaired. Excellent service professional, friendly and great advice. Thank you so much.

Absolutely FANTASTIC customer service. I was filming in Eccles and not being a local was stuck where I could get my phone fixed. A crew member recommended that I contact Mobile Zone. They have done such a great job and responded so quickly, fixed my phone so quickly too. Practically have a new phone! Couldn't be starting my lockdown in better spirits! Thank you Mike Co!
