Contacted this company yesterday to request a TV engineer report , within 20 minutes they contacted me and the next day sent someone out to have a look at the fault, wrote up the report for a very competitive price with no call out fee and followed up to make sure everything was ok with the report to send to the seller to request a replacement , exceptional service thanks very much indeed ! Would highly recommend.
