Worth the wait. Ordered 2 2 seater settees. Wait was around 16 weeks but under current restrictions understandable. Great service from everyone we encountered. Settees super comfy. Delivery guys where great and adhered to all Covid restrictions. Great store. Thanks guys.

Ready for Christmas in August / September. Lots of interesting things, very spacious and helpful staff, easy parking and very Covid aware.

Do not take the delivery to be true !!!Ordered my bed in November after seeing it was 3 -4 weeks delivery. Still waiting 3 months later . Such bad service , they never contact me to inform me of a delay , each time I need to email . Rather than an apology or thanking me for my patience ( 3 months of it ) . Luckily I'm not in a hurry but I wont be shopping with them . One more delay and I will ask for a refund and hopefully that wont take 3 months !!! Looking at the other reviews I can see they make a habit of taking money and promising unrealistic timescales to reel people in . Disgusting customer service and a classic example of how a business loses trust and customers.

I ordered an item for Click & Collect. There is conflicting information on the website. One section of the website claims that items ordered before 3pm will be available to collect the same day. Another page on the website states items will be available the following day. Due to this I called Customer Service before setting off on my journey and was advised my item would definitely be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived at the store I was advised my items were not ready and they could not be picked as the sales advisor was working alone. My round trip took me over two hours. A huge waste of my time and a waste of petrol. I e mailed Customer Services to complain - no apology offered. I was just told I was in the wrong and should have read the website. Dreadful customer service. I will never shop with them again.

Set over 2 plots with a large free car park. Selling high quality furniture/household items on 2 floors. Lift to first floor. 2 cafes serving a good selection of food/drink, toilets. Went on this occasion to see the Xmas department which is lovely as usual. Well worth a visit.
