Excellent service! It was extremely difficult finding someone to repair our Sony TV and many repair shops just would not entertain it! However, I’m glad I persevered and found this shop! Excellent price and quick service. Strongly recommend.

Excellent service, the guys came out within 2 days and fixed my washer/dryer. The service was quick and the price was so much cheaper than I expected to pay.
I called Home Electrics 17 days ago on a Tuesday and booked an appointment for 2 days later on a Thursday. The machine was checked and it was found that the paddles had either fallen off or loosened on my 12kg washing machine. I was told the parts would be ordered the next day (Friday),be here for Monday and that machine would be repaired either Monday or Tuesday. I called up for an update on Monday and was told as the machine drum was larger, the paddles needed were more expensive than originally quoted which i was fine with. I was also told the parts would be in by Friday the latest. I called up on Friday for an update and was told the parts were still not in and would definitely be in by Monday. Come Monday I phone again for an update and I'm told that the parts have arrived but as they are so busy they haven't been able to collect them. So I ask again when can they fix my machine. I'm told they'd come the next day on Tuesday after 12pm to fix the machine. I waited all day Tuesday and nobody came and neither was I contacted for an update. It is now Thursday and the 17th day since I first contacted Home Electrics, my washing machine has still not been repaired and neither has anyone had the courtesy to call and explain and apologise for the delay. I have constantly been chasing up people myself and have spent more money at the launderettes than I should have due to this company messing me about. Very disappointing.
