Room service was shocking and the porters have no sense of humour. The on site restaurant was below par and I seriously do not belive the Michelin star rating. Rooms are on the small side with a shocking view and no mini bars. Overall bad. Overcrowded with a locked in sort of feel. Would not book again!

Make sure you haven't any ripped jeans or football tops as they have changed the policy for visitors clothing on visits
I have filmed here for Sodexo a few times.The staff in the education unit really try hard to turn prisoners mindsets and issues around.They are short of staff and budgets but still do what they can.
