Room service was shocking and the porters have no sense of humour. The on site restaurant was below par and I seriously do not belive the Michelin star rating. Rooms are on the small side with a shocking view and no mini bars. Overall bad. Overcrowded with a locked in sort of feel. Would not book again!

Make sure you haven't any ripped jeans or football tops as they have changed the policy for visitors clothing on visits
I have filmed here for Sodexo a few times. The staff in the education unit really try hard to turn prisoners mindsets and issues around. They are short of staff and budgets but still do what they can.
