Bought two bikes and some accessories from here last weekend. Asa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us make the right choice. He very helpfully took off the wheels so we could transport the bikes home in our car. Ask for him!

We bought a bike through Evans Cycles for our sons birthday and whilst we had nothing but problems in terms of the delivery going missing (through no fault of Evans cycles) and the replacement coming damaged (again no fault of Evans) the service that we had from Nick in their Trafford Store has been nothing short of excellent. He picked up our problems and took them off us sorting something we were unable to do so ourselves. He has been like a breath of fresh air. Whilst we are still waiting for the replacement bike to come through i wanted to write how superb the customer service we experienced through them has been.

Asa was absolutely amazing in helping me select the right bike for me. I came last week and he spent a good half an hour showing me various models and then today nearly an hour while I took the plunge and purchased the right bike for me. He also assisted in selecting the right kit and accessories. Would really recommend. Happy riding.
