Not much to say apart from he is dishonest and a shoddy builder. I contacted this guy who is not a professional builder (I mean my fault who hires a photographer to do some building work) and quickly realised he claims money for materials which he hasn't paid for, then more money to complete the job. He also took showers in my absence. Honestly stay clear of this person.
