First time I've used an estate agent, I had various recommendations from using online agents to high street companies. I was recommended Cousins from a neighbour who had recently used their services. Aron carried out my valuation which was professional and answered my questions. Sharon assisted me further with being a first time vendor, answered all my questions putting my mind at ease with explaining the selling and negotiating process while my house was on the market. We chose Cousins because they were enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and gave us advice and guidance on how best to stage our home. They explained the process to us and offered a fair price which we felt was true value for money. Can't thank Sharon, from Cousins, enough for all the hard work and effort she put in to secure and complete the sale of my mums house. It was a drawn out affair due to legal reasons but nevertheless Sharon stuck with it and made sure it went through as efficiently as it could.
