An absolute disgrace. Can't even pick up the phone or reply to any emails. I'm going to be unable to board my flight because they have been unable to sign off my health declaration even though it was sent in days ago.

Now they have change the entrance, you have to approach from Schuster road, new office new entrance.

Came to sort my document legalisation out, which is the step prior to applying for a work visa. Every single member of staff was extremely friendly whilst also helping me out with any little problems I had. And even the people in the waiting room were extremely nice, a woman gave me a 1 as I didn’t have any money for the photocopier. I’ll definitely be coming back here to sort my visa out after picking up my documents. Great place to get the guidance and help on anything you need.

Hard to find as it is around the back, once I was there the staff was friendly. I didn’t need an appointment, collect a ticket and wait in line. Last time I was there I was in and out in under two minutes when collecting my paperwork.

I don't understand why the rating here is so low, maybe most of the ratings were given from westerns? TO BE HONEST, my overall experience here is quite good, the staffs are friendly and efficient. Most importantly, I would feel safer than anytime when I was in the place.
