This information centre is in a very good location at Piccadilly gardens next to the public transport information centre.literally at the top of the interchange.the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.it hasn't the range of leaflets or souvenirs since it scaled down in size and moved to it's current location.still worth a visit for ideas of places to visit.

Great place to visit if visiting city for the first time. They can provide you with maps, places to go and restaurants to eat at. The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I called in yesterday. I thought the staff were very rude. No idea why one staff turned his back towards another member of staff and both started giggling. They showed their ignorance in the way they treated me and also how they treated me over an hearing problem I have. Kept turning away from me as I was speaking. Not very nice people and should not be employed because of their stinking attitude towards me as a customer. Also had a feeling they were taking the mickey because of a my accent!!!! Not very nice people at all. I hope this lot do not treat everyone the same way!!!! No smiles, no hello and just plain rude. I am thinking of making a complaint after how rude they were. They should not be allowed to get away with this.

It offers a big and colourful free map of Manchester as well as many leaflets of events happening around the city. Great starting point for Manchester newbies!
