This place is listed as a Amazon collection point yet they refuse my order despite me calling in being assured there will be no problems. Very unhelpful

Either opening hours are incorrect or the shop shuts whenever suits them Edit: Can’t say exactly when this was, although it was a weeknight and I showed up within last 30mins of so of trading hours.
