It has its charm, quite informal hippy types run this place but you’re in danger of being mugged or worse in the locality it’s situated. Parking isn’t great in peak times but it’s open most of the day, you don’t have to go in the evening. Seems like there’s a handy shop inside the place selling brews and stuff, a pity this place is where it is but hey.

Staff are really helpful, they offer good deals on days to suit me and my band, and the rooms are always cleaned and tidy.

Great rooms with with good equipment. Brilliant staff, shop and facilities, with a real sense of community. Very secure premises, and walking distance from piccadilly and northern quarter. A Manchester institution.

Great place to practice. My band Portrayal Of Ruinn has been there about 2 years and never had a problem. Great staff, good location and parking.
