We have had a really good morning. Staff were friendly, courteous, and extremely accommodating! My children have autism and they have certain quirks, these were managed superbly whilst still ensuring everyone else were unaffected. They even turned the music down to a better level for them. The fire alarm went off towards the end of our visit and the 'evacuation' was swift and calm. Such a good experience overall I have just rebooked for next week. Well done Bounce Central and team on welcoming and managing people with hidden disabilities. I for one appreciate it.
Brilliant!! We came for the toddler halloween session. Our daughter had a blast! The soft play and trampolines are superb!The staff were great too! Food afterwards was really good (little ones meal is included in the price!) Our pizza was delicious a d very reasonably priced! Will definitely be returning!
I have been before with my eldest daughter and grandaughters and they enjoyed it .we also had food there and couldnt complain about the food it was nice it is value for money too .....so thought we would take my youngest daughter and 18 month old grandson and he loved it..only thing wrong is that there needs to be more staff as we had to wait a while till they found some one to let them on trampolines and waited a bit for some one to serve us in cafe other than that my grandson actually loved it
Trampolines were ok, went for toddle time which is worth it, however my older child (10) preferred park with slides or high place to jump off.. staff were ok.. not bad experience.
