Bicycle Doctor

Lovely people to do business with. I was pointed towards The Light Blue D Tour by the Bicycle Doctor team when I asked about recommendations for a traditionally styled touring bike. I'm delighted with the D Tour; the ride is both 'tight' and comfortable and it's very capable on the road as well as bike trails or tracks. I went with the galvanised finish, which is stunning (even had someone ask me if it was a titanium frame...). After a few 100 miles of getting to know the bike I'm now looking forward to planning my first trip with it. If you're looking for a touring bike I think this will cope with anything you throw at it, from day trips to more serious touring.

Got a Whyte Shoreditch Hybrid/commuter bike from these guys. They were a real help in finding the right bike for me which is ideal for what I am using it for. Top quality bike, plus, I also got lights a lock and mud guard for the rear. Very happy with both the service and the equipment. Highly Recommend!!

I needed a pair of new forks for my bike. I thought I knew which brand would fit, but Bicycle Doctor pointed out that the headset was not compatible with my bike. Two positive results, I learnt what a headset is, and I saved money! I appreciate their openness and help.

Just took delivery of a new road bike from the team at Bicycle Doctor. Both Ed and Maurice were very friendly and helpful in the dealings I had with them. The bike was initially not available for delivery but Ed made changes to their website to allow to buy online and have it delivered. Thank you. On arrival, the bike was nicely built up but there was slight damage to the saddle. One quick email and 24 hours later a new saddle had arrived. Great customer service. Thnk you. Rob, Sheffield.
