Jackie was amazing, very professional, polite & considerate. My partner ordered flowers over the phone yesterday at 14.00 for our Mum & they were delivered at 16.30 on the same day. Seen the photographs sent by my parents & the flowers exceptional, made my Mum's day. Will certainly be using Jackie again, Radcliffe through & through, support local business! Excellent service & value for money.

I was really disappointed in my bouquet, I ordered them for my mums grave for Christmas, I told her she likes Lily’s and roses and to fill out with what ever will look nice with those, the lady was lovely and polite and said she will make it look all christmassy and point out the things they had in, i told her I had 50 to spend on them! I was excited to see them as I’ve seen some beautiful arrangements in this shop but when I received them it was literally 4 roses, 5 Lily’s, some leaves and white sticks wrapped and put into a red bag, it really didn’t look like a 50 bouquet of flowers, i know 50 isn’t a vast amount of money but I know it can buy more than 4 roses and 5 Lily's I could of picked up these from Salford market for 25 the Christmas wreath I bought from the same place for 45 was much better, the flowers in the shop ready made were better and cheaper. I won’t be buying flowers here again, it’s a shame as I thought I’d found a nice florist near to home to buy my mums flowers from.
