This store must be losing money hand over fist. I've tried getting through to your Opticians to buy glasses, not a cheap purchase, but not a chance. Tried to follow your directions and go on line but again failed to locate any optician number! My wife finally got me onto the website....After many, many attempts. Nearly losing the will to live. This is not service this is putting obstacles in shopper's way I am sorry to say. What a waste of time. What a shame. Was about to go elsewhere!!! I feel your communication methods clearly need a shake up! Lovely store, lovely staff but no good if you can't get through. We will just go to another branch or a different store completely. I hope you can improve! Thank you.

Staff walking round with masks round their chins some not wearing any.people once in the store take their masks down staff dont seem bothered.so much for covid safe.

A really good huge store comprising 2 levels - upstairs being homewares, clothing etc. The store is well laid out and always well stocked, the car park can get a little busy sometimes but that's to be expected of any large store I guess and the tills comprise of a lot of self serve ones but they are small complaints. Staff are helpful when approached and overall I usually have a good shopping experience in this store.

Very big Asda store. Lots of free parking and a vast amount of choice inside. It has an upstairs and a McDonald's, toilet, dry cleaning, keys cut, clothes, toys, books, TV's, you name it. Can get very busy at times, especially with the Trafford centre across the road. Tills can get get packed out, but they have tills upstairs if you are just going in for a few bits.

What a joke.. Over 40 minutes to get off the car park.. No staff doing anything to help the situation.. Absolute disgrace... One customer here who will spend there money anywhere but asda trafford park
