This is such a great studio! All the instructors work hard to help you achieve whatever your dance goals are - from social to competitive. This is truly a service based business. We always feel welcome and part of the studio \family.\ If you've always wanted to try dancing this is the place to try it out. The virtual classes have been a great way for us to stay connected!

I started dancing just over two years ago and let me say, it has been absolutely life changing. I was the kind of person who watched dance movies and TV shows in awe and admiration, dreaming of doing it myself, but never having the courage to actually go for it. Arthur Murray gave me the push I needed to take the leap. With a warm, supportive, and loving environment, they helped me go from dreaming of dance, to dabbling, to confidently performing the art. I must admit, I originally began my Arthur Murray journey in Southern California and I had absolutely no idea what it would be like to transfer to a studio on the opposite coast. I trusted Arthur Murray to have incredible instructors, yet it was still a little nerve wracking to leave the studio I had started in. Those worries and fears were completely unfounded. The instructors and students at Arthur Murray Manchester have absolutely blown me away with their compassion, friendliness, and skill. Every one has gone out of their way to help me feel right at home. I have to give a shout out to Chase especially who made the transition between two studios so incredibly smooth that there wasn't a single lull in my dance journey. I have the utmost confidence that I am receiving the highest quality instruction out there. I recommend Arthur Murray Manchester to everyone I know because I know they absolutely wouldn't regret giving it a chance. To anyone who is on the fence about dancing- Go ahead, take the leap. It's worth it.

I absolutely love this place! I started taking ballroom dance lessons here 5 months ago, and it has completely changed my life. Having been a socially shy person, I had to muster up some courage to walk through the door the first time, but I am so glad I did! Francis, my instructor, made me feel completely at ease, with his warm, friendly personality, great sense of humor, and his obvious expertise as a teacher. He had me dancing my very first lesson. I have since had lessons with all of the instructors, and they are all awesome. What stands out most to me is how well they are trained, not just as dancers, but as teachers. They break things down into easy-to-follow steps, and I come away from every lesson with a great sense of accomplishment. Francis encouraged me to go to a “practice dance” after my first couple of lessons, and I was terrified to dance with men I didn’t know, but everyone was friendly and encouraging and the instructors were right there with us, coming over to help if they saw us get stuck. The group classes are a blast, as are the dance parties. I have since met some really nice people and enjoy dancing with them on a weekly basis. There is a generosity of spirit that starts with Ron, one of the owners, and extends to the instructors and to the other people who take lessons here, creating a fun, non-threatening, joyful atmosphere at every event. I just returned from my first Arthur Murray competition at Foxwoods and I barely noticed that I was being judged because I was having so much fun dancing and meeting new people. I can’t wait to do it again! Thank you Francis, Becca, Erin, Kai and Ron - you have brought so much joy to my life!

My fiance and I started taking lessons here a few months back, and have had a great experience. When we first started, I honestly was super nervous and didn't want much to do with it (it was all his idea to do dance lessons). However, after just the first few lessons, I have to say I started looking forward to going to the studio every week! Our instructor Kai has been super patient with us, and very supportive as we continue to learn more each week. All of the instructors here are incredibly kind and helpful, and we enjoy learning from them all at the weekly practice parties. I would definitely recommend this studio to everyone!
