Terrible customer service. I was treated like a criminal, patronised, humiliated and embarrassed by the young woman on the counter when attempting to make a return. This Argos is an embarrassment to the good name of Sainsbury's.
Had to wait a little while to be served but customer service was excellent and helped me to resolve a purchase I had made that needed correcting.
It's good if you reserve online as the get a collection day. Holds zero stock so can only order then wait a day or so for it to arrive.
Have all my parcels sent here dead easy to get too and friendly staff
