Our washing machine packed in on 30.12. 20. So we called into Appliance World and ordered a new one. The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. His customer service skills were excellent. The new washing machine was delivered and fitted on New Years Eve. Both operatives who installed the new washing machine were also very efficient and polite. We have purchased electrical goods previously from Appliance World and always received a really good deal and excellent service. On this occasion they saved the day at very short notice. Personal and quality customer service rules ok.

Ordered a integrated fridge freezer online and had it delivered quickly and the delivery driver was very polite and carful in bringing in my appliance to my home. Very happy with my order and price online and choice. Would recommend and use again in the future, many thanks.
Dealt with Gary a so called manager ,absolutely shocking service from this idiot. Took 1 month to get a refund and Gary tried to short change us for 60. Accounts were nice and sorted it out , Nice try Gary you fool !
I ordered my product on line late Friday afternoon followed by a received Phone call due to a stock issue which was soon corrected through great customer service. I got to chose from two delivery dates and as instructed I received a text message the night before delivery stating an 80 minute time slot. I also received updated text messages in the morning. My product was delivered early morning before 8:00 and taken straight to the point of use. I received the product from order, 2 working days. Great service.
