I am new to electric cars let alone home chargers. So on doing my homework I was initially please to find such an informative website. I duly completed a web form survey. This somehow got missed but I did receive a an apology and call from Andy. Andy was polite and professional as well as informative. He advised me I’d receive a quote but works would be after Christmas if I wished to go ahead. Well with such good reviews it was originally a no brainier. Well I’ve had to chase by email and by phone for the quote. Today this has still not arrived - original request for quote from survey was a few weeks into November. On my last email I even asked for them to just notify me if they no longer wished to quote so I’m not sat waiting. So if you are in WS or ST postcode it appears despite what the website says, they cant or don’t want your work. Very sad after what seemed to be a reputable and genuine company. This lack of customer service has let them down that I felt compelled to write this. I wish to help others avoid a wait and looks possibly for more local installers.

Top quality installation carried out by APi recently. Information provided upfront by Andrew was extremely helpful in making the right choice of Charger. Engineer was polite, cheerful and did a great job quickly and efficiently. No hesitation in recommending for a quality and competitive priced EV charger installation.

API installed a Zappi car charger for me. I received a few quotes before selecting API. They were not the cheapest but gave me the most confidence of being able to do the job and also a clear and easy-to-follow quote. I am happy that I selected API as the whole process, from first contact through to installation, was very straight forward and professional. The install itself was very tidy and Jamie went out of his way to help with the set-up (including calling me over the weekend to make sure it was working!). I did have a minor issue with the initial install but that was very quickly and professionally dealt with - great after-sales service. I would not hesitate to recommend API.
