Went to see Paul about my shoulder injury which turned out to be a Rotator cuff. After assessing the damage he then recommended certain exercises to which I’ve adhered too, the pain has eased up tremendously with movement getting back to normal. EXCELLENT. Thanks Paul.

After a fall, I had been in pain for weeks. After a telephone call I visited Paul at the Whitefield clinic. I honestly thought he was going to say I was a lost cause!! However, after a few painful squeezes of my right calf muscle, a massage of my left foot and a few manoeuvres later I could feel the benefits!!!! Paul showed me some special stretches and told me to do them ever hour. I've taken his advice and have seen vast improvements!! Thank you so much Paul. Jayne kouadio.

After suffering for months with Plantar fasciitis to the point where i could hardly walk I underwent three sessions of shockwave treatment with Paul and literally got my life back. Visited for lower back pain that I had had for 5 years. Doctors had previously told me pulled muscle in my back and disc irritation. Physio Paul advised it was pulled muscle in my backside. Showed me a few issues with my legs muscles and advised of appropriate stretches to do. Also gave back massage and did some muscle tests. Told me to do stretches for my legs and backside, and have since had no problems or pain! Would highly recommend
