The shop keeper kept on rushing me what do you want next. Etc. Unfortunately I just lost my cool and just bought 3 sweets. They did apologise Apologies accepted. I would advise management to run customer service courses for staff smile Welcome customer I like to take my time when I shop the staff need to be able to read customer type. For the sweet dishes I would give 4 to 5 star it is excellent.

Nice and clean store and the staff was also professional in dealing.
It is a really nice and comfy place for u and others to go sit down have a chat and have a Asian/Desi sweet also know as Mishti or Mitay or have a cup of desi style tea. I would recommend that you buy the sweet yoghurt which comes in a nice bowl which has Ambala engraved on it.
Home to Mithai. Best Mithai in the UK hands down. I have been eating Ambala for almost 2 Decades. I have been and tried everywhere nothing comes close. New fitting from when I last visited the Manchester branch great display/decor very fresh and great selection of sweets. Staff were friendly
