Last night we had a 2 hour delayed flight then following a 1.5 hour flight from Geneva we were forced to wait for our luggage for an additional 2 hours. We were informed Menzies Aviation whom manage the baggage off loading for EasyJet had a total of three staff to unload a number of planes. Menzies management should be sacked for poor organisation letting down hundreds of people whom have ongoing connections and travel arrangements disturbed. At 2.30 am in the morning I was somewhat irate. Nobody bothered to explain the delay. Menzies phone numbers just rang out and to top it off, try putting a complaint through the online form - impossible. Probably because they know it would be pages of complaints to deal with. MAnchester Airport should be reviewing the sub contractors. I am beyond annoyed with the shambles created in what should be a top airport. Rant over.

Shockingly bad service at Manchester 1 hour 20 minutes and counting for the bags. The complaint office in the hall say it is like this every summer with Menzes they have called them three times to find out what is the delay! With no reply. Sack Menzes and find a new handler would be my solution. Manchester deserves better. sort out your business Menzes you are underperforming badly .

wouldn't even give it 1 star but I wish the world and all directors of the company would read this, Manchester is a joke no respect for staff and not one bit of gratitude, they treat the staff like vermin, attitude awful they literally are grinding their workforce into the ground about this company and never leave a job for this company you will regret it.
