This is the best play centre I have been to. It’s so much cleaner than the other play centres and the food is lovely. The cakes were delicious! My 3 year old and 7 year old loved it. There was so much for them to do. All of the staff were really helpful and friendly too. I will definitely be returning and recommending it to my friends and family.

We went to this softplay everytime we visited family in Manchester. It's a decent size softplay with a large climbing frame for older children and a smaller area for under 2. There is also a small go kart track that you pay extra for a ride. You can pay for a meal deal for your little one to include a meal. The best part was Bruno the bear! Once a while there will be a bear showing up singing and dancing with kids. My little one loved it! But the bear only shows up in the morning for term time only. I prefer this one than the other huge softplay at Trafford centre as that one is always full and too big for under 4 in my opinion.

The play area itself is lovely. It's clean, efficient and fun for the children but lack of communication and prices let the place down. I checked the website prior to our visit to ensure we'd be OK to take packed lunches for the children - no mention on the website of not being able to take your own food and drink onto the premises, just no food to be taken into the play structure itself. We payed 6.50 off peak for unlimited play which was great as we didn't have a time limit. I ordered myself a meal and sat my little one down to her packed lunch (picky eater!) for a member of staff to rush over and tell us we'd have to put it away as we weren't allowed to eat food not purchased on the premises - NOT MENTIONED ON THE Website IN RULES OF PLAY! To save hassle, we obliged and little one carried on playing and shared my cake. When I went back to buy a coffee, I was told I had to spend 5 to use my card. Worth knowing if you're only going for an hour and a coffee! After grumbling about the food issue, we looked around for where it stated we weren't allowed to take our own food and it's a tiny print at the bottom of a menu - which you aren't going to look at if you're not intending on ordering food! \u200d️\u200d️

Very disappointed with our visit, with a 10m old & 2yr old. - The under 3s area was full of boisterous older kids, clearly much older 5-8 yrs old range. Leaving the gate open, throwing things and jumping off the equipment into the ball pit. Not safe for crawlers/toddlers. Half term or not, there were no staff around to manage it. Especially when the prices are hiked up during half term, pay for some extra staff! - Customer service upon complaining about the above was poor, nothing done despite the staff member saying she would go over. - Long wait for food. Half an hour for a couple of jacket spuds?! And you need to eat within your 2 hour playtime window before you're called to leave. Not good value for money, cheaper & better run outfits around. Was hoping to make this a regular place to visit but staff member's attitude/lack of action above all else has put me off.
