Got my lil champion from here 13 years ago, sadly he passed last year on fathers day . Was the most loyal companion I could of asked for. He was called tiger but we changed his name to B-lu out of jungle book. I miss him everyday. But covid won't let me get another dog

Trying to adopt a dog but not even web site works, know I understand that in this current climate of covid things are difficult but no attempt seems to be made to rehome the dogs which forced me to go and buy a pup being retired a prefer the company of a canine companion. Just hope I have 14 years left in me, to look after this wee beauty I bought GSD I am willing to still take on a homeless Dog from the home but can not make contact with the home, nor can I browse the Web site to see which poor fur babys I could potentially home it is so easy to be able to do things contact less if only they were willing.
Went to adopt a dog found one we liked online then spent several visits getting to know him. The staff were very helpful and informative and made the whole process so much smoother The staff do a wonderful job with the animals. We adopted Max and he now has a loving home.
We love going to the dogs home, we had our last dog from there Jake a lovely Welsh Border Collie big and beautiful, unfortunately he past away this year he was 15 he got on with the 2 kittens we got he was like a big brother to them he was always protecting them. Anyway I hope that if anyone wants to get a dog then go to Manchester or Cheshire dogs home they are so helpful they make sure that you get the right dog for you and your family, the dogs come fully vaccinated and wormed and most of the dogs are neutered. The staff are very friendly and helpful it's wheelchair accessible and you couldn't be in safer hands well worth the visit.
Really nice and clean space. Staff were super friendly as they took in a stray dog I found. They seemed to take good care of him, hopefully he will be added to the adoption pages soon
