Nice complexe but a bit too big too long distances. Went there for a week 2 summer in a row with a group of friends. Food is OK but I believe they should reduce quantity and improve quality of food. Too much waste. Drinks are clearly not good. Not much options for non alcoholic and too much of waiting to get a drink...but I have seen improvement between my first visit and last visit and I believe this hotel can become one of the best in the area.

Wonderful, especially if you are a Russian language speaker. Nice pools, very nice people at customer care. A lot of possibilities to choose from... House keeping, very kind and helpful people! Good food, kind waiters, very nice chlidren and adults entertainment. Wonderful lake houses. On the other hand... Reception... laking in empathy, English language is not for everyone... . The rooms in the hotel might be tricky... small rooms with a view and a very ling way to the elevator... The noisier (in the reception) you are at arrival, the better room you get... Internet equal to zero! Minibar, a nice joke! Good luck!
Not a 5 star. More like 3 star plus. But food is good. And most staff are too. Hotel is for family. We had great view of hotel next door. And noisy pool pumps 24/7. Beach is good and many water sports to do too.
Resort is fine, you can find all you are looking for a holiday with childeren. Very big, so sometimes very tired running after the activities. Wad pleasure to find in the room a complementary fruid plate accompanied with red wine. Thanks to Staff. And congratulations to them trying to serve under a very hot weather
Everything is very very old. It's not 5 stars.The cleaning is level medium. But the food is good. It is not worth 3000 km.
Very low quality food, hygiene problem in the restaurant and surrounding areas , uncontrolled pool areas open for anyone who stays in the hotel even if you booked and paid for lake houses where you will see stranger jumping out to the pool from your reserved balkonee. Hotel management tried to solve the issue with food quality yet this was not enough to cancell our last two days booking.
