It's very small but an authentic museum. I was impressed by a hall with the sculptures of 2century AD. Actually some say that the museum is quite frightening but I strongly disagree. Now I live in the apartments next to it so I'll come there one more time.

Very nice museum, converted from an ancient ruins of a Roman bath to a museum in 1960s with the help of Ragıp Devrez but has not been updated since then.
Nice museum, old town Side is a great place to visit!
Great for viewing the various roman artifacts eg statues, coins, jewellery and pottery. The inside part is especially good with air con to enable you to cool down. Well worth a visit for the money.
Great place to know more about history of Side, worth visiting!
The museum is not very big, but I can recommend to visit it to get some more history about the ancient city of Side and surrounding area. The entry fee is 18 Turkish Lira for adults, so not expensive. It is a good way to start or end the exploring of the ruins of the ancient city of Side. The museum and the amphitheatre has an entry fee. The ancient and modern city intertwine into each other.
Set in the nicely restored Agora bath house & garden..Well displayed with good descriptions in English. Well worth a visit.
A wonderful museum. Many exhibits can be seen. I liked that there is air conditioning. This museum helps you to immerse yourself even more in the ancient atmosphere.
