Love it here! Fantastic food, rooms. Every night there is a program. Clean big pool, nice clean private beach 5 meters from hotel. And again, the food is delicious
Great location directly at the beach and close to the historical part of side and shops. The hotel is nice as well as the rooms and the service is friendly.
Very nice place and good location
That was super cool experience in Turkey. The hotel is amazing, the service is so good that I didn't wish to leave the hotel :) the food was delicious - thank you kitchen staff! Room was clear everyday. The hotel is right on the beach, and beach bar is also there (available from 10am). Well, honestly that was the best vacation, and Side Star Beach Hotel made our stay magical as it was possible. That is the hotel what I will choose again if I will be in Side.
Hotel is very clean and the staff is exeptionally nice. Location is great, as it takes only about 15-20 minutes to get to the old town. One of my issues was with the wi-fi im our room - apparently it isn't possible to provide working internet connection on the 5th floor, but on the promenade (even near the city center - 1km away from the hotel!) it was working perfectly. The other one is the wine served for guests - it is horrible. Other than that, food was very good and there was a huge variety of alcohol beverages to choose from.

It was a Mix bag for me, but I would never come back here. I expect more professionalism from the workers of the 5 star hotel. Some of the workers awesome, but some were terrible. One night I thanked to the workers for their hard work. They were mocking us because we thanked them. One of the reception was rude and defensive for a comment I made. I didn't understand the response I've got as I was stating my observation about their decision making process. She got aggressive n hostile. What makes a place for a worthwhile for me is the people's warmth, capacity to engage non aggressive way and problem solving skills. If you after only immense amount of food, and place to stay closer to beach; then this is the place to go. If you want proper response and service, look around bit more.
