I am so saddened that I am writing a BAD review for OUR health department. Everyone that works here either do not speak english, or have no medical background. The Covid unit does not even know anything about Covid. I called and spoke to someone asking them for numbers which i can call for rapid testing. They gave me 4 numbers, one was a chiropractic number, two were invalid, and the third one was someone's private number. This place is extremely unprofessional and i am definetely reporting this to CDC because this is completely unacceptable.

7/18/2017 My husband went to this clinic to get a TB test a few problems arise 1- they did not want to use his insurance they offer him to pay out of packets and did not accept his flex card to pay 2- they offer him only one test at55 dollar and when he question the price then they offer him another option that will only cost him23 3- he sat there for 4 hours before they attended him with a child 4- Although my husband looks Hispanic he doesn't speak Spanish and while he was in the line a person came behind him and he was helped before my husband . My husband stood there until a Spanish customer service came supposedly to help him which he didn't understand which was pointless . Now I know where my tax dollars go and how racial profiling and eliteracy put together are the new definition of customer service in Woodbridge .Please educate your staff in good customer service specially all of your Spanish staff on understanding that you should serve customers as they walking and not by ethnicity And please put clear guidelines or regulation of your insurance procedure/ payment or your preferred method since your customer service did not take the flex card which is accepted everywhere

The STD clinic hours are horrible. Open Fridays from 8-9AM, which is fine. I took off work twice because the office closed the first time for a meeting without telling me when i called over the phone. Upon going, the have the worst hospitality! A woman told me to sit down when I asked her questions about my payments. I was told it would be free so i walked out and was later billed a small fee. Not only that but its been MONTHS since I have gotten my STD results back! You are suppose to call on a particular day between, lets say, 1pm-2pm. Some people are at work! I forgot to call and they said the only way i can get my results is by visitng their office Only on FRIDAYS from 8am-9am. Yet again, I took off work and guess what? CLOSED for four days for MLK day......With sporadic closing days, why not give us more options to find out our results?!?!?! Totally eliminates the 'free' benefits of utilizing the clinic. For low incime families, YOU GUYS NEED TO ACCOMODATE FOR US. WE PAY OUR TAXES. Stop giving us a horrible experience as well!
