I visited the courthouse a couple of weeks ago to file some paperwork. I was through security (with my cellphone) and upstairs in no time at all. Waited about 20 minutes in line to file the paperwork and the lady behind the counter was very friendly. It was a quick transaction without any issues. The parking can be a headache, but that's really unrelated to the service/experience.

Need to hire professional phone clerks was told different answers from different people and they were all extremely rude and clueless. had to drive to the court myself to get straight answers, the lady at the court’s information section was extremely professional and friendly.

CELLPHONES ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE! I have to inform you guys, who like me, has no clue that you can't bring cellphones inside the building. It's my first time going in here and I completely have no idea about not to bring cellphones with us. Plus the public parking is all the way at the back. So if you brought your cellphone with you then, you have a long walk back and forth. I didn't see any warning on website that cellphones are not allowed. I may have missed it but, hopefully this review helps other people. Other than that issue, the staffs were very nice and professional

I usually go to room 305 for legal copies and both times, the staff were very warm and friendly. Once was in the afternoon and this gentleman who is a huge Harry Potter fan helped me with my Notary stuff. He's so adorable! Then I saw Ms. Jacqueline Smith this morning for certified copies for my daughter and she is the sweetest lady! Mind you, this was 8:30am on a Monday morning! The only thing that was having a hiffy fit was her printer. Thanks Public Service Center team!
