I called and requested a telephonic hearing due to me residing in Georgia. I waited at the child support office here in GA for over 2 hours and never received a call. I called to get the information on the hearing and to see why I didn't receive a call I was told that I never submitted any request. Upon speaking with Virginia child support they saw where I did submit a request for a phone call. The clerk that I spoke to was very brash and rude to me for no reason. I called her out on her rudeness and it got even worse. It makes me not even want to call or deal with the court. I didn’t pick your job or make you come to work nor do I deserve to be spoken to in such a manner.

Tina is very rude and incompetent! I don’t know what kind of people they staff in a county court’s office! Zero manners! Waste of taxpayers money! Should get rid of people like that dealing with families going through difficult situations with no tact or class! I would give negative stars if I could!
The whole J&D court is a sham and is only in the business of taking money from men and women who don't know any better. A business, like the J&D court has no rights in making decisions about a consumer who has not harmed anyone physically. People need to come together and abolish the tyranny being put on many them for the sake of money. There is no money within this land until their debt has been paid. The people don't owe the debt. It's those family of people who made the decision for the U.S. to go into debt need to make the repayment.
Called to confirm a court date and the lady that answered the phone appeared annoyed. Went on by telling me what I haven’t done. I was told they are not allowed to to give you any advice on anything. I just had one simple question.
Called to ask a question and the lady on the phone was awful and rude. Didn't even let me finish my question before she cut me off and asked me of i had even listened to anything I was told in court. I was trying double check and confirm something to make sure everything was on track. She was just awful.
